How we read these policies

We separate the advertised trial length from the earliest return request, direct charges and exclusions. A “free return” claim may not mean the original delivery or setup charge is refundable. When official pages disagree, we show that disagreement rather than choose the more appealing number.

Nectar is one example: the trial policy dated July 28, 2026 specifies a 30-day earliest request for an opened mattress, while its Rest Easy page says no minimum is required. We cannot resolve which applies to an individual order; get written confirmation from the seller.

A missing fee in our summary means it has not been established here, not that returns are free. This page is a source comparison, not legal advice or a guarantee of eligibility.
